Quality Control System
Sugita Wire has acquired quality management system standard certificates in 1999, QS-9000 and ISO 9001, which cover all products Sugita Wire produces.
In fiscal 2005, Sugita Wire acquired certificates for ISO／TS16949：2002, an advanced quality management system required in the automobile industry, while continued to obtain certification for ISO 9001:2000. Sugita Wire has built an original quality control system, by installing its own process design and strict quality management on the basis of ISO/TS16949 and ISO 9001, both known as global quality management standards. By integrating this unique quality control system and internal production management system based on information technology, Sugita Wire will persuit unlimited potential and flexibility.
1999 : Acquired QS-9000/ISO 9002:1994 and ISO9002:1994 certificates in quality management system for oil tempered wires.
2000 : Acquired certificates for all products.
2002 : Upgraded certificate to QS-9000/ISO 9001:1998 and ISO 9001:2000.
2005 : Acquired certificates for quality management system ISO/TS16949
